I may or May not leave but it is expedient to understand that Federal government Jobs are more secure compared to Private establishments that will employ you today and sack you today. The pay is attractive but one has to decide if he/she will go for high pay or Job security. Job security for me all the way but I might go for higher pay if the gap is soooooooo wide…

It all depends on my goals and plan as regards my career as well as how I view the world. For me, career is all about the experience and growth process, apart from the salary. In a government setting, there are a wide range of advantages, varying from job security, advancement, etc. However, for a private company, one can easily get retrenched and there is no job security even with the ‘fat’ pay.

It depends on what I think is best for me at the time..
If after thinking it through I believe that’s the best, then I’ll leave.

I would go for the good paying private job anytime because I’m big on gaining experience and perfecting skills which I think could be achieved a lot more in a private job.
