First and foremost try to find out what interests them, what makes them happy and relaxed, we know the guys likes sports most especially football and business ideas, while the ladies likes fashion, entertainment and celebrity talks, this can help to create interest.

Well the fact is that some people are more outspoken than others so it’s natural that one party would be the one initiating the conversation which could improve over time
However in a case where both parties are not outspoken, conversation between them can get pretty boring.
