Perception is assumed while Perspective is not assumed. Perception could be unreal and false, while perspective is more real and mostly True.
Perspective is the choice of a point of view from which to sense or categorize an experience.
Perception on the other hand has to do with the conscious understanding of things.
Perception has to do with the ones understand on a particular subject matter
While perspective has to do with ones personal ideology or point of view on a particular subject matter.
