It depends on your age. If you are still young there is a higher chance of getting brilliant. If not… Forget about it.
If you are still young, drink a lot of milk, eat lots of protein foods and minerals with Vitamins then do lots of exercise and always keep your brain at work … Don’t be a sleeper.
This is a very enticing and inquisitive question.
To be very intelligent you need to read more especially newspapers
What make people intelligent their ability to communicate wisely and bring positive change.
Some are intelligent academically meaning they always read their books
Some are intelligent mentally because they train their minds through game puzzles, stretch, writing, positive thoughts and then eating healthy foods and resting when due
Some are gurus in business, you can’t override them
Some are religious masters, they can divide the word of truth
To have a touch of all this, read often, write often and always rest your mind.
