Getting the PVC is just the first step towards achieving such envisioned change. But apart from that, people have to be educated on the importance of actually coming out to vote for the candidates of their choice. Most people these days just get the PVC and keep it in their houses, without bothering to actually vote on said election day.
For the change to be possible we have to vote and vote wisely, not going out there only to change our minds after a couple of naira notes are folded into our hands. We really have to do better.
