Okay talking about the real world there’s not necessarily meta humans but there are people with certain perceived abilities. Now the the series Flash falls under the genre of Sci-Fi (Science Fiction) movies. These are stories or movies written and scripted based on some assumed theories of physics, quantum physics and mechanics and some other areas of applied sciences. Now these theories are assumptions of what could be possible under certain circumstances or if certain conditions are met. Like take the speed of light for instance 31000000000m/s, it’s assumed light can travel at least 3-9 times around the earth in a second, so how do you get a body of mass to move that fast since light is just rays, waves and particles, so that’s where these theories like vibrating a body to a certain speed to overcome resistance, dissipation and the likes comes up.
