There have been this argument as to whether we still have virgins as Teens in Africa or not… Its really a concern that no one wants to wait again…

    Well from the societal point of view YES and even beyond the percentage.

    Thetruth remains that parents have a role to play to reduce that Percentage because as teens grow they explore so when proper advice and direction is not even, they will explore the circle of sexual pleasure making them part of the percentage
