Like the saying goes “learning never ends”. So in this case, all you have to do is get a law degree at any accredited university. Study the course for 5 years, graduate and then go to the law school before you can be called to the Nigerian Bar after successful passing the BAR exams. Afterwards you can be regarded as a practicing lawyer in Nigeria.
Seems like a really long journey, but if you’re determined then it definitely won’t be a problem for you.
I know they say if you believe there’s nothing you can’t do, but it would be better if you didn’t start some agendas at all. Not like it’s not possible to switch but are you ready to handle the process, can you find it, can you see it through. These are two distinctive and mutually exclusive professions here so it’s not like you’re branching, it’s a whole new area and space. Well if you feel you can it’s for you to embark on the quickest and easy funded degree in law and see if you can handle it, it’s not like is something you can learn online and get a certificate. But if you can’t I suggest you switch to something with a little bit of ease that’s close to your current field of study
Go back to school then if you have the time
You can go for part time while working with your engineering profession.
Anybody can acquire more than one profession…
You know some of us to end up becoming what read at school
You can always add more to your knowledge and skills there’s nothing wrong in that, but if you love your profession, why switch?
