Can I get an answer to the reason behind the ban on Dollar transactions in Nigeria?

I have been unable to make transactions in dollars for  a few weeks now, why does this govt keep frustrating us.

    I think CBN is confused even the Governor. He has decided to do foolish things all in the name of growing the Naira. I expected him to have resigned by now, but he Isn’t.
